Roadside assistance in Vaughan
Vaughan runs from Woodbridge across to the 404, and we reach most of it in half an hour via the 407. Vaughan Mills, the VMC towers and the Highway 400 industrial strip account for most of the volume.

Working in Vaughan
What we have learned running this area
Vaughan Mills lot calls spike on winter weekends, mostly lockouts and dead batteries. Give the driver your parking row letter; the lot is large enough that it genuinely matters.
The Highway 400 industrial blocks north of Langstaff have wide unlit shoulders that freeze over. It is our most common winch-out location in Vaughan.
The Vaughan Metropolitan Centre garages are tight and camera-controlled. We need the level and the space number to get a truck in and out without a ticket.

Questions
Calling us from Vaughan
How fast can you get to me?
Our average across all calls is 25 minutes. In Aurora and Newmarket it is usually under 20. In North York or during a snowstorm it can be an hour or more. Dispatch gives you a real window on the call rather than a number designed to stop you phoning someone else.
What does it cost?
You get the full price before a truck is dispatched, and it does not change afterwards. Boosts, lockouts and flat tire changes start at $75. Towing starts at $95 for the hook-up plus distance. Winch-outs start at $125. There is no night, weekend or holiday surcharge.
Do you charge more at night or on holidays?
No. A 3am call on New Year's Day is billed at the same rate as a Tuesday afternoon. Surcharging people at their worst moment is common in this trade and we have chosen not to do it.
Are you actually open 24 hours?
Yes, with a person answering rather than a voicemail box. Trucks run overnight, and overnight is when a large share of our calls come in.
Do you work with insurance or motor club memberships?
We will invoice you directly and give you a detailed receipt that any insurer or motor club will accept for reimbursement. We are not a contracted provider for the clubs, so you pay us and claim it back.
