Coverage

Where we go, and how long it takes to get there

We run a corridor from Bradford in the north down to North York, with the yard in Aurora roughly in the middle. Every community below has its own page with the highways we cover and the local conditions that change the job.

How to read this

Three things worth knowing before you compare arrival times

  • The windows below are measured, not marketed

They come from dispatch records, not from what sounds good in an ad. If a storm or a shift change means we cannot hold to one, the dispatcher tells you on the call rather than after you have committed.

  • Distance from the yard is the whole story

Our trucks run out of Aurora. That is why Aurora and Newmarket get 15 to 25 minutes and North York gets 30 to 45. Anyone quoting the same number for every city is quoting a number they made up.

  • Outside the map, ask anyway

We take calls beyond this footprint when a truck is free, and we will say plainly if the wait would be unreasonable. A long honest answer beats a short optimistic one when you are on a shoulder.

Not sure if you are in range?

Give the dispatcher a cross street or a highway exit. It takes about ten seconds to answer and it costs you nothing to ask.
