We are cleared to work in the Southlake visitor garage. Low-clearance decks there rule out a flatbed, so a lockout or boost in that structure gets the service van instead of a truck.
Davis Drive between Yonge and the 404 backs up badly at rush hour. If you break down in that stretch, dispatch will usually route the driver in from the Leslie Street side.
Historic Main Street has metered angle parking and no room to set up a tow. We coordinate with the driver on a pickup point a block off Main rather than blocking the street.

We will invoice you directly and give you a detailed receipt that any insurer or motor club will accept for reimbursement. We are not a contracted provider for the clubs, so you pay us and claim it back.
