Terms of service
The terms that apply when we tow, boost, unlock, refuel or recover a vehicle for you.

Quotes and pricing
We quote every job before dispatching a truck. That quote covers the job as you described it. If the driver arrives and the job is materially different from the description, he will requote in front of you before starting work, and you are free to decline.
Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude HST. Payment is due on completion, by card or cash.
Arrival times
Arrival windows are estimates based on the truck's position and current road conditions. Weather, traffic and call volume all move them. We will tell you when a window has changed rather than leave you waiting on a number that is no longer true.
Your vehicle
You confirm you are the owner or are authorised by the owner to have the vehicle moved or opened. The driver may ask for proof before starting work, particularly on a lockout.
The driver photographs the vehicle before and after loading. Those photographs are the record of its condition at handover. Raise any concern about damage before the driver leaves the drop-off.
Insurance and liability
We carry commercial general liability, on-hook coverage for vehicles under tow, and garage keepers coverage for vehicles held in our yard. Certificates are available on request.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage, for mechanical failure that was present before we arrived, or for personal property left in the vehicle.
Storage
If we hold a vehicle in our yard, storage is charged daily at the posted rate after the first 24 hours. We tell you the rate at the point you ask us to hold the vehicle. Vehicles are released to the registered owner or a person the owner authorises in writing.
Cancellation
Cancel before the driver arrives and there is no charge. Once the driver is on scene, a call-out fee applies, and he will tell you the amount before you decide.
This website
Prices, arrival times and coverage shown on this site are indicative and may change. The quote given to you on the phone is the one that governs the job.
